Not what I expected on a day like today...

We went fishing for pompano and bluefish today.
Caught some blues for the smoker, and skipped some pompano.
We got to a shoreline and started seeing reds and snook.
What an unexpected surprise!
We saw a school of reds cruising the shoreline and working the potholes.
I sight-cast this fish. He ate, and was eaten.
Redfish on fly, Bravo!

can you recommend me a fly rod and reel for trout and reds and maybe spanish/blues etc?

Excellent work! That's my next pursuit on the "Must catch fish" list. Caught lots of reds on baitcaster but never on fly. That's gotta be one awesome fight.

8 Weight Temple Fork or Redington with a Shilton reel.
