Dog Vest?

Hey all,
My dog gets pretty adventurous when we are out in the filed. He doesn't really use caution when running through brush and ends up with lots of scrapes, scratches, etc.
What do you guys think about THIS?
Total bullshit, or worth while?
I like the idea of the added flotation too....
