Well I just got another AAM and now I am puzzled as how to display the tenth Award.
For 9 AAM's I wear the ribbon, one silver oak leaf and 3 bronze oak leaf clusters, so since I can only put 4 oak leaf clusters on a ribbon I have to add a second AAM ribbon to show the tenth award correct?
Just curious, when I get 12 I can just put two silver oak leaf clusters on one ribbon, but until then I wear two AAM ribbons correct?
Thanks

Just got this from Google.
I have 10 Army Achievement Medals. How do I display the 10th award?
To
display the 10th award, soldiers wear a second ribbon, placing it after
the first ribbon; the second ribbon counts as one award. Soldiers may
wear no more than four oak leaf clusters on each ribbon. If the receipt
of future awards reduces the number of oak leaf clusters sufficiently
(that is, a silver oak leaf for five awards), soldiers will remove the
second ribbon and place the appropriate number of devices on a single
ribbon.

10 AAMs, wow. I never heard of that.
Congrats!

thanks
That exactly what I was looking for

Once you collect ten you can trade them in for the belt-fed weapon of your choice.
