Don't consult a blog of misfits and gun nuts, consult a physician.
Just to be on the safe side and since she is early in her first trimester I would say no......contact her Dr. tomorrow......I know the use of Tylenol products is ok.....but the PM stuff I dont know, better to be safe.
I don't think she can take the PM. Dramamine will help her sleep, as well as help with nausea.

Call your local pharmacy. Hopefully one may be open in your area. Any 24 hours ones around?

none local, i will see if i can find something online.
She shouldn't. A bit of liquid Benedryl is safe and should do the trick.
No PM drugs
Not without Dr approval but a pharmacist can tell you
How did this happen?
Sadly she can't. Doctors reccomend not taking any medicines other than prenantil vitamins in the first trimester. She won't be in the clear to take medicines like Tylenol PM until after her 13th week when she has entered her 2nd trimester. However once she has past that threshold she should be good to take almost any type of tylenol medication. Just make sure she checks with her doctor first! :-D

ETA: No benadryl either. The active sleeping ingrident in Tylenol PM is benadrly and she can't have that either.
Both Tylenol and diphenhydramine (The active ingredient in Benedryl) are category B drugs for pregnant women and are often recommended for them as needed. Check with your physician and obviously, use them only when needed, but I doubt your OB is going to have issues.
Typically, Arfcom is not the best place to get medical advice..and neither are people without medical training.
