The "change" affects many things in strange ways young grasshopper. I would suggest you just let it go for a while. Ask in another week or two. It could be that or totally unrelated. It could be a cyst, or perhaps you scratched her with your nails. Could be a lot of things.

Did you use condoms with spermicide? If so, it's possible she's allergic/sensitive to it, a lot of women are.

This is true, also some are sensitive to the latex or nonspermicidal lubricant. In some rarer cases, women can even have reactions to the soap/shampoo/etc. used by their partner.

Despite what seemed plenty of natural lubrication for the act, there still could have been areas that got abraded. As a prior poster said, they make lubricants for a reason. Hormonal changes as our bodies age as well as some prescription medications can make delicate tissue even more fragile - requiring even more care in reducing friction.
