Numa X-frame and other Numa sunglasses in general
I bought a pair of the X-frames from the arfcom store about a month ago (OD with smoke). I like the glasses, but it seems that either through the online store here (or the Numa website) there should be sets of the lenses available separately, I'd really like to order clear, mandarin, and one of the polarized styles in one batch. If I were to order those lenses individually from the Numa website, it would cost almost as much as another set of sunglasses. And some styles have several sets of lenses with them while not costing much more than my pair. Something doesn't seem to add up.
I'm just posting out of curiosity to see if the store-owners here agree and would be willing to negotiate with Numa to market the lenses (or sets thereof) in this fashion (at least on ar15.com). Based on the idea that this is a forum ostensibly dedicated to the world's most customizable rifle, it seems to makes sense that most of the people here like choices.
BTW, love the glasses and will post a review in the Industry section under Numa.
We can certainly speak with Numa about this, and will do so. I know they were backlogged on orders- not enough inventory to meet the demand I guess, so that may have something to do with it, because I thought the extra lens sets were available last year, but I'll follow up with them.
