Class 3 , LLC Question
Situation:
I own an Armed Security Company, an LLC. I am in the process of building a PDW with an 8" barrel with a suppressor. I have heard through the grapevine, and I am not sure how true it is, that if I use my LLC, I could bypass all the fingerprinting, photographing, and CLEO Sig, and just stamp/clamp it and send it off with my tax check. I'm not sure what form that would be on, or how that would work, or if it is true at all. Could you gentlemen please shed some light on this process for me please?
