How to make an AOW?
I have an 870 I'd like to AOW. I went to fill out the Form 1 and only see a box for the $200 tax. How do I do an AOW with the $5 tax?

First off, if you aren't already aware you can't go shoulder fired shotgun to AOW. If it has ever had a stock attached it can only become an SBS.
Secondly, to make an AOW from a virgin receiver on a Form 1 it costs $200. The $5 tax is for transferring on a Form 4.
To clarify further, anytime you CREATE a firearm (even an AOW), it's $200. TRANSFERRING an AOW is what costs $5.
