Any Attorneys here that can help with a NFA trust?

I'm wanting to make my AR into a SBR and would like to go with the trust option. I'm attempting to get a trust through a local Attorney that has trust experience. He is trying his best but the only problem is that he doesn't have NFA experience and he wants to make sure the trust will be good to go. He called an ATF agent who gave him some mighty bad info (even to the point of saying the lower doesn't have to be engraved). The West Virgina branch is too busy and hasn't returned his calls.

Are there any Attorneys on here that have NFA trust experience that would be willing to take a few minutes out of your day to talk to him to answer his questions? If so, please IM me so I can pass along the contact info. I would greatly appreciate it.

Your best bet is to go to your hometown forum on here and ask who they use for trusts. I'm sure someone can direct you to a local attorney with experience in the area.

You might check first with member bubbles, she is an FFL and SOT manufacturer in WV, (assuming that's your state) and might well know a local attorney who can fix you up.

Thanks for the contact info. I emailed Sean Cody to see if he could help out. If he can't help then I will try bigcbass. I live in a small town so there are few attorneys choices. The one that's working with me is going to do the trust for a very reasonable price. He just wants to make sure he is doing things correctly since the trust is going to be for NFA items.
