And not from a smack head. I just ran around town trying to get like 1 or 2 and got shot down quicker than at a liquor store. Looks like I need to find a diabetic to get me a couple.

Farm supply store or ask the vet. They aren't illegal for vet medicine. I use them for inflating nightcrawlers for fishing.

I go to the Winn Dixie pharmacy all the time and pick up 2 or 3 for squirting oil in tight places.

They never give me a second look.

Any farm store will be able to supply you with a large array of needles and a few sizes of syringes.

buy ink cartridge refill kits, refill your ink cartridges and save the needles, great for oil in small places like triggers, etc.

WTH? People have just listed multiple sources where any addict could go buy clean needles over-the-counter without prescriptions. If the addicts don't do it, it's because of their lack of responsibility.

Moreover, SHARING needles is the problem, not just having a "clean" one. If an addict reuses his/her own personal syringe a thousand times, it's not going to magically give them AIDS -- it's only when they share it with some other addict who already is infected that they'll get infected in turn. Too fucking bad.

What does it matter?...

If he was a junkie, he would already have one, or be able to get it..

It's legal here in SC to buy syringes and needles over the counter, but the cops have given drug stores such a hard time that most have stopped. I can't even get them any longer from Walgreens with my wife's prescription. Try the local hospital pharmacy. They're typically not afraid of the local police and still sell what you need. They're also typically cheaper than local pharmacies anyway. I used to buy from gearboxinc.com before my wife's doctor recommended buying from the local hospital.

need to find a diabetic to get me a couple.

You probably need a larger gauge needle than an insulin one. Most of those are 29 gauge or less.z

It doesn't matter, he'll post the pictures!

I recommend an 18 gauge square, it's the all purpose needle.

I bought my last batch down in a Mexican pharmacy. It's strictly over the counter there... right next to the bandaids, asprin, and whatnot.

These come in handy for fishing (was mentioned already), grease injection for boat hardware like rudders, and using the syringe part without the needle for dispensing metered cold, cough, and pain reliever liquids for small children. In fact, some of the liquid remedies that we have received from the doctor already included a syringe.

I can get from 16 to 28+ gauge at the Walgreens here.

I use them for the amount of hardener and reducer to finish on Duracoat. Buy them by the box of 100 (16 ga)

Never get asked.

I have gotten them for vacuum pump oil to lubricate small motors for years, including when I was underage. I am not sure why a Texas pharmacy wouldn't just sell you one. I have been asked and I say "vacuum pump oil" and they say "OK". I always have to look at the needles too because I can never remember what I got last time so it is kind of a painful process. And no one has ever said boo to me.

Try going to a pharmacy in a nicer part of town. I can't imagine why they didn't just sell you one.
