Kansas death penalty ruled unconstitutional

(CNN) -- Six inmates will be resentenced and avoid execution after the Kansas Supreme Court ruled Friday that the state's death penalty law is unconstitutional.

In its 4-3 opinion, the state high court said the 1994 law is flawed because of a provision about how jurors should weigh death penalty arguments during sentencing.

The Kansas law states that when juries find arguments for and against execution equal, their decision should favor a death sentence.

But a majority of the justices said such a requirement violates the Eighth and 14th amendments of the U.S. Constitution, according to court officials.
Kansas Supreme Court spokesman Ron Keefover said the six death row inmates affected by Friday's ruling will be resentenced, including one case in which an appeal has not yet been filed.

"These cases will be immediately remanded for resentencing without the death penalty," Keefover said.

Six Kansas convicted death row inmates get to avoid their due justice and the surviving families of their victims get to eat shit.

Do any of you remember two of these six Kansas death-row inmates...the Carr brothers????

This ruling comes almost four years TO THE DAY after the "Wichita Massacre" where two shitstains named Reginald and Jonathan Carr committed a horrific multiple-rape/murder. These subhuman maggots were convicted under the eyewitness testimony of their one surviving victim after she and her four friends were kidnapped, robbed, repeatedly raped, sodomized, shot in the head, run over with a truck and left naked for dead along with her four friends in a frozen field in the middle of the night December 14 2000.

They got the death penalty. So now Carr brothers can live in prison with their gangsta kin and receive all the food, clothing, medical care, cable TV and hot coffee they want for as long as they live.

<We still don't have the F-word in thread titles.> How did you ever break my code!???

Look at it this way. No death penalty, no death row. That means general population. You know what that means....

General population is bad for child abusers/molesters/killers and that's about it. Violent Criminals and Armed Robbers are respected, so no, the Carr brothers are not going to be in trouble.

They killed four whiteys.

They raped some white women.

They made a couple white boys suck each other off in front of their women.

They're ugly fucking gangstas who took out four blue-eyed devils in the heartland and who got the electric chair and now they even beat the death penalty.

They'll be treated like kings.

Can we use them to train attack dogs? Without padding for a few months?

And sheperds we shall be
for thee my lord for thee
power flows forth from thy hand
that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command
and we shall flow a river forth to thee
and teeming with souls shall it ever be....

This just backs up my belief that if JUSTICE is to be done, it has to be done outside the legal system...
