Very cool. At a dead sprint from there, I wonder if you could have made it to the steps before a dozen agents lowered the boom? :) Hard to tell the distance between the Suburban and the door...

My sister was security aboard AF1 and got me a tour one of the times I was out to visit her. The inside looks very much like the movie with Harrison Ford, only about 50% smaller. She told me a Sgt who had been working security on the plane for many years was removed because on his last flight, he accidentally released a liferaft instead of the door. Apparently you are not allowed any slip ups. When we were getting off the plane, one of the pilots happened to be there and I asked him if the plane had capabilities of defending itself if the escort planes were shot down. He just smiled really big and said "I can't answer that question"
I still have one of the AF1 M&M's boxes from the plane, this was when GW was prez.
