Anyone else watching Fox Business? They are doing a story on the McMillan vs BoA issue and just finished a phone call with Kelly.
They devoted a rather large portion of time to the issue. Interesting to see this get publicity.

a company has no obligation to serve people they dont want to serve. however, invoking ones rights irresponsibly does come with consequences. thats part of how the free market is supposed to work.
I closed my BOA accounts last week due to this issue. I told the manager at the office that I was closing my accounts because I didn't want to do business with an organization that was biased against firearms related companies and she didn't seem to care either way. These were 9 year old accounts (I know, not the oldest on this site, but I'm 25).
Surprising coverage.
I would consider BoA refusing to do business with me a favor.
BoA isn't going to back down like New Mexico did.
