Don't forget to give them the "I'm a good guy" signal as they pass. Remember, middle finger extended, BACK of the hand towards them.
Dibs on guns!
security for federal property, I believe.

So much disrespect for our federal agents putting it on the line every day to keep us safe from terrorism...

Damn. I thought I was alone.
Don't worry, if you live in the DC area there are about two hundred armed agencies, my favorite is the Department of Agriculture Police patrolling the agricultural research center in Beltsville, perhaps to prevent enemy agents from purloining the enormous radioactive sheep . . .

Bullshit.
DHS is a bloated pile of crap.

They are building security guards.

But I can assure they think they are HSLD.
The ones I met were major douchebags.

They'd be better spent on the border for that purpose, than in Bumfuk, Wisconsin. I've seen quite a few DHS vehicles tooling around up here. I didnt know cows were a high profile target.

just about all the alphabet soup agencies fall under DHS as well as the USCG.
Currently about 5-6 of these cruising up and down the street. Two of them are parked at the corner and the officers appear to be talking. Several neighbors are watching them too.
ETA: I live in a suburb of Cincinnati, single family homes, some horse farms, etc. No Fed property that I'm aware of.
break out your 800mm lense canon and post the pictures up here

Trust me, they don't do shit, just building security.
Did you make your kids do chores today?

how about we secure the border first?

Every one I've ever met claimed to be a "firearms instructor". If they're all firearms instructors, do they have to take turns qualifying each other?
One guy actually offered to qualify me and my partner if we needed it.
I wouldn't necessarily call them douchebags, that's a bit harsh, but the ones I've met were definitely ignorant of their ranking on the LEO food chain.
A couple of weeks ago I passed Border Patrol cruising southbound on I-65 in Alabama.

Correct. They mostly investigate threats to social security.
OP, do you have an air port or any federal installations near you?

Lot's of them along the I-10 in AL, MS.
DHS in your neighborhood? You're posting here just enough...
DHS staking out your house? You're borderline. Stick to the technical forums for awhile and stay out of GD.
DHS shooting your dog, burning down your neighbors house and kicking in your door? Posting here too much.
Just a handy rule of thumb.

Would those guys be the ones that stop me when I'm driving west bound on I-10?
Free money and have to spent it like any other agency.
WOLVERIIIIINES!!!!!!!!!!
Walk on over, ask them what the fuck they are doing in your neighborhood.

Sure as hell aren't picking anyone up here without a rail. Good money in holding and it makes it look like you are doing something.

There were a few cool ones back in LA. Okay, one anyway!
Been seeing quite a few of those vehicles here in Knoxville.

But they drive Ford Raptors, Jeep Rubicons, and Humvees with the same paint scheme, just green.

Not dissing Masons, as my Dad was a 32nd Degree, but:
I remember a Masonic bumper sticker many years ago: "To be one, ask one."
