I'm no expert but my google-fu tells me the top one is probably a German Flobert Muff pistol and the bottom one is a British pocket pistol.
I'd like to see that 1st one in a muff if you please sir.

1st one is easy to make compensating jokes at.
When you cock the Percussion pistol, does the trigger drop down for use? And, does the barrel unscrew for loading? I have a replica of that pistol I put together a few years back, design is from mid 1800's Belgium. Prices vary on that one, and, I've seen original versions in 44 & 50 cal. If you Google Belgian Percussion Pocket Pistol you can find links to different versions and some used prices.

Yep, trigger drops, but barrel does not come off.
After the first reply above, I started searching around and found that both are considered "muff pistols," frequently carried by ladies in their, err, muff.
