Total Ignore button??

Maybe there is a way to do this, but I am unaware of it.
How about a way to completely ignore someone. When I click ignore it still shows in threads that they have posted and you can still choose to view them. How about a way to essentially remove all traces of them when you hit the ignore button? Don't show that they have posted, etc. Of course I don't know how you would block it from showing posts from them where they were quoted.

Sure there's a "Total Ignore" button.
