Any wine makers in here?
I’ve made wine with my family for the past two years and was wondering what forms of blends do you guys enjoy or make? Our blend is as follows Merlot, Cabernet, and Sangiovese blend. It doesn’t come out sweet or dry, it pretty much comes out right in the middle.
Next year, I’d like to make a nice Cabernet, Would anyone care to share their Cabernet recipe?

I never made any Cab. I made 5 vintages of Pinot Noir and Merlot from a small vineyard off Old Sonoma Road in Carneros. Both were straight up, no blending.
i don't blend. I enjoy them individually.
I just started last year. So far I have only made wine from fruit or concentrate. Haven't tried any blending.
Here. I am bulk aging a wild mucscadine wine right now. Just did the final racking yesterday.
That sounds pretty darn good.. I'll be racking our wine at the end of this month. I'm also looking to upgrade my press..
