That Wee Heavy is becoming a popular beer. And I approve. I really like that style.
Its on my list of stuff to make.
Looks like a good list.
Impressive.
Which ones are your favorite?
Mine are the milk stouts.
Is this a post your successful brews? What about unsuccessful brews and what made them unsuccessful? Could that get thrown in here as well? Just an idea of things to talk about. I like hearing what others have done and try to learn from it.

Worst brews:
Milk stout that I mistakenly added acidulated malt to the mash.....very bad.
Brown Ale that did not ferment because the wort was too hot when I pitched yeast......might as well have been soda.

A little Gypsum might have helped or call it a Flemish Brown!

Thermometers are very useful.
BEST- Not sure,.... I had a few Beers & a Mead that made it into the AHA Finals. My last Hop Harvest Ale made it to 4rth or 5th Place BOS at the Ohio Brew Week Competition.
I have some great ones that didn't make it to competition.
Worst- Probably my first. It took way too long to cool down. It was pretty nasty. I've had a few other dumpers through out the years.
