Grill the bacon for the same amount of time as the chicken, or wait a few minutes after chicken grilling has started before wrapping the bacon?
Marinade and then wrap the chicken. Get your coals going then move to one side of the grill. Place the chicken with the bacon wrapped around them on the opposite side of the grill, you want to use in direct heat, at first. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, then turn the chicken and cover for about 8 minutes. Then move the chicken to the hot side of the grill to crisp up the bacon.
That looks delicious.
Everytime I have tried bacon wrapped ANYTING, the bacon comes out soggy and gross. I want my bacon crisp but not burnt. is it possible?
I don't see any toothpicks. Did you use some kind of bacon glue to hold the bacon on the chicken? Mine always falls off.
