The wife brought home Grainland select feed wheat tonight, thinking we could use that in our grain mill, I looked and the ingredients list wheat and soybean oil. Can we use this in our grainmill for flour? We are just stocking up on bulk wheat for the first time, and I was surprised to see the soybean oil.
I'm curious if the oil content would make the wheat go rancid quicker or not.
I'd recommend you cross post this to the survival forum. Most folks there are using hard winter wheat if I remember right.
