Post your deep fryer recipes
I got a deep fryer for Christmas so I am looking to have some fun with it & maybe get fat in the process.

I bought a professional french fry cutter from a restaurant supply. My fryer is quite large, and I don't like cutting a bunch of taters by hand.
1. Fry taters
2. Salt while vulnerable
3. Dip in ketchup and try to see how much a fry can carry to your mouth.
Tator tots are better when deep fried.
Wings are better when deep fried.
Smoked chicken is better when deep fried after smoking.
Oreos can be deep fried, so can complete hamburgers.
Any meat (pork and deer are my favorite)
Thaw meat then in this order coat: flour, egg, panko bread crumbs. Be sure to season your flour with whatever you like before hand (like Tonys).
Place meat in fryer until it floats (or about 2-3 minutes). Remove, drain, nom.
Use duck fat in your new fryer.
Chicken fried bacon:
Get bacon
on a plate or shallow dish combine flour, pepper, whatever spices ya like
in a bowl whisk an egg with about 1/2C of milk.
cover bacon in flour dredge then dip in egg wash
coat in flour again
deep fry at 350 3-5 mins depending on your fryer
serve with white gravy and enjoy
Beer battered fired pickles.
I like the chips better than the spears though.
OMFG I LOVE fried pickles.
Spears are where it's at.

Ohhhh, please tell me more. How long do you fry it? Do you batter it? Please tell. Thanks.
