This is a good one for deer meat, I like this with my deer kabobs, they are about 1 1/2 square to 2" inch. The recipe is 1 cup lime juice, 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2/3 cup brown sugar. I put . all cuts in zip lock bag for 1 to 3 days. And as always don't over cook deer. It's SHO-U- RITE good. RC Boyd
