Recipe for grilled salmon.
Going to cook some up this weekend, any tips?
Not a charcoal grill, going to use a electric grill, ya I know, so hush...

I love salmon on the grill. All I usually do is brine them in a salt/sugar solution for a few hours before grilling. Put them on the top rack, close the lid, come back in 15-20 minutes and done. I love the taste of salmon so I don't usually do much accept a little salt and maybe a light dusting of red pepper.
bluesticky
Do you have any cedar planks?
ETA: WTF is an electric grill? Like a George Foreman or something?
When I grill with propane, I put the salmon skin side down and apply a liberal dose of lemon pepper and then close the lid. I use low to medium heat.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon before serving. Sometimes I make enough for leftovers. Salmon is great on salad.
Not a george foreman, cast iron grill plates on a electric burner.

Got it, cedar planks wont work then.
Use the planks soaked in water if you ever cook it on a grill, it's my favorite way by far to cook salmon.
rub with olive oil, sprinkle on salt, pepper and fresh dill,
cook,
enjoy
Minimal Seasoning on Salmon is always best
Salt pepper and squeeze some fresh lemon on it towards the end of cooking
Step 1. Get a Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
.... the rest is just details.
