That's and interesting question. Campbell's soup shows up in hundreds of recipes, but, I don't ever recall seeing one with their tomato soup.
If I were going to try something with it I would add some cream, curry, chopped chicken thigh meat, green onions and put it over jasmine rice.

I've found a recipe for stuffed peppers that may help me whittle down my supply.

If you don't really care for it, trade it to someone else for something you like, or donate it to a shelter who could put it to use. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of recipes that call for condensed tomato soup unlike cream of mushroom/chicken/celery, etc.
Yeah use it to make the "sauce" for stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls. That is about all I know for sure.
