I did not pass out, but did run short of breath a few times. There was much rejoicing in the Lodge as it has been some time since one has been returned. Second degree coming up on November 15th. My coach said enjoy the two week vacation and then we start to work on the next one.

Congrats. You have finished the hardest one. FC will be a breeze. (If your degree work is anything like it is in Texas.)

At the end it was all I could do to contain myself. I was at a point were I knew I was going to make it with no crashing and burning and I could hardly talk for smiling so much. I'll keep rolling it around so I don't forget it. Last night was the first time at Lodge for our newest EA and he is ready to start to work on learning it. I am going to enjoy the break and my next degree. After that I will be ready to get to work again.

congrats.

do yourself and the fraternity a favor and REALLLLLLLLY study the fellowcraft deree and lecture. there is a LOT to learn there, most of which is almost completely skipped if you just do the memory work and move on. pay close attention to what your told to study, you could take a few years just going through this degree if you had the time.

Congrats Brother. Remember, being able to commit the lectures to memory and reciting them is important. Learning the moral teachings of each lecture and living your life by these moral lessons is imperative. Beer is absolutely correct about the 2nd degree, it is one that doesn't get attention it should.

Good luck Brother.
