St. Louis Masons: Getting back in good standing: Update in OP

As most of you know, I've been overseas for awhile, in various states of employment.
Currently, I am not destitute, so I would like to get back in good standing. I am a member of Naphtali #25 in St. Louis.
I have tried writing the secretary, but am worried that he may not be around anymore, as he was in advanced years.
He was the only Brother that had given me his email address before I left.
Snail mail doesn't work here, I'm afraid.
Could someone please inquire for me as to who is the current Secretary, and IM me their email address so I can get in touch and back in good standing?
After that, I can get back with the SR and Moolah Shrine.

UPDATE: Heard back from the WM. Unfortunately, there is no way to submit my petition prior to the lodge going dark for this year. I do have the petition though, and contacts. Will be submitting when the lodge meets in the Fall. THANKS ALL!

You could always show up at Lodge on a meeting night with a check in hand and you should be good to go

You did catch the fact I am overseas, right? I also live in the Philippines these days when I'm not here in Afghanistan.
I need to get back in good standing to take part in any Masonic activity here or in the PI. If I wasn't on the other side of the world, of course I would just show up. That's why I need the help.
I'm a Traveling Man in the truest sense.
No word yet back from the Grand Lodge.
