Who was the woman at the end of the book who commits suicide?

Page number? I glanced through the back of my copy but can't honestly remember the specific scene.

It seems to me, though, that they killed a woman I thought was Wilson Blair's widow and left a suicide note by her body. Is that the one?

Reno fits. Thanks.

ETA: well, maybe not.. Don't think Reno would be living in a doublewide..

I think that was meant to be an insult to her.
My guess is that the character is supposed to be Reno.

The very last section of the book, where they tell the President they are going to kill one more person and he should do nothing. They use Blair's pistol to blow her brains out and leave a note.

Popular consensus is Janet Reno
