Anyone see or hear any more about this? 870's have been mounted under for years, but a mag fed semi? Thats worth a look.

looks heavier than my FAL
As I recall, it's a manually operated shotgun.
The Army had those in Afghanistan when I was deployed there. I asked the soldiers about how they were and they said they sucked, jammed alot, not good with dirt, etc ... It maybe different, just saying what I know.
The side cocking handle has to be pulled back every time, but it is really smooth. I've been looking at them for a while, but can't find out a release date for the civi market. It only adds a couple pounds of the gun versus the 10 pound remington anchor. The Cmore I can hold up mounted with one hand while it is impossible with the masterkey.
I think KAC made one for a while. Never saw one oversees but they have a good video of the action working on the movie The One.
There's an article on that in Small Arms Review, 2007 November or December issue I think (or somewhere around there).
It's compatible with Saiga mags, is it not?
I thought I read somewhere that Colt built those. It think it was in a Weapons for Military and Law Enforcement. However it could have been a typo.

If y'all would subscribe to Small Arms Review, you'd know the answer to these questions.

It's a straight pull, manually operated breaching shotgun made by C-more for the army. Early models were fielded, but newer versions have been improved, but I don't know how. There is a stand alone kit as well. The magazine is interchangeable with the Saiga 12. In the SAR article, eagle eyed readers may actually observe Saiga mags in the photographs, but C-more is making their own mags in the US.
The Knights armament product is a Remington 870. Colt had nothing to do with this.

When will C-More be releasing mags or selling imported Saiga mags?
nifty
Originally called the XM-26 Light-Weight Shotgun System.
Hope they sell them to us...
Not that I can get one here in WA.

I wonder if there is a correlation?

Silly.
Hopefully, it works better than their POS sight.

Apparently, the troops have loved it, from what I've read.
Lighter than a Masterkey setup, much handier than a separate PG-only 870 or Mossberg banging around. No weapon transition needed for the door breachers, and NOTHING measures up to a shell of 12ga 00 buck at shoving distance.
Who makes the stock? Looks like a SOPMOD but with the same cheek weld as the current M4 stocks

Id rather carry the extra weight of the 1014. But was just issued one....

...........and C-More will advise you to stick toothpicks in the control knob to keep it working during a match.
Had Ira tell my friend that at the Desert Classic match years ago.
Or, how about Ira threatening to sue everyone who made an AR stock adapter for a shotgun claiming it was a violation of his patent.

Gee, I have 5 of them and have never had a problem with any of them. The oldest one is 13 on my Open pistol.
