 Boeing does it again! Flies all over country and spells something out with flight path

The 787 drew "787" and the Boeing logo across the northern CONUS.

I know they did this with a 747, didn't they do something else as well?

I'd hate to have to file the flight plan for it but I think they should spell out "AIRBUS CAN SUCK IT!!!" the exclamation points would require some tricky flying though

Sounds like there's some dick measuring going on. I'm awaiting the G650 logo being sketched.

ETA: LOL at the pilots when they get "N787, fly heading XXX"

Gulfstream did that a while ago with the GV.

That's what I was getting at; I'm under the impression that Gulfstream did it first and that Boeing was trying to one-up them.

Usually they let you know they are on a test flight and ask nicely to keep on the flight plan wen they check in.

The heads up makes it easy to work around.

Im pretty sure cessna did it first with the Citation X.
