Great Edwards AFB Pics

Some one will have to hotlink it for all to see. I have seen almost all except the F35, B2, and a couple of the others. I have a pic somewhere of the Space Shuttle piggyback when it landed at Columbus AFB in MS.
Cool. I didn't know Reg still flew the Gunfighter.
The photographer is a member here.
All I can say is WOW!! This has to be the best military airshow out there. I've never seen so many different current military airplanes in one place. I thought Oshkosh was awesome.
I'll have to make it out there sometime. When was this?

I'm going to say maybe 2009.
Edwards is an interesting place. I was stationed there from 2000 to 2005 and worked on the F-22 in the pictures.
Also make sure to check out all of bzee's pictures.

I'm pissed that there are no pics of the family model A-10 thats out there at Edwards.
tag for later
My favorite photo. I can just imagine a bright sunny day at Pearl Harbor.
And the sky filled with T-6s.

Don't ruin it for me! LOL!

Nothing about this pisses me off ... just wished I'd have known and got my butt out there for fun day.

Ahh, much better! When did they put it in the museum? When I was there 5 years ago on TDY, I remembering it being on the flight line.

Don't know. When I PCS'd from Edwards in Jan '05 it was setting in the collection of oddball aircraft the museum had parked at South Base.
Wow, I never knew they ever made a Two-Holer A-10!
The Ol' Crew Chief

That makes two of us.
Hey guys,
The two seater hog was a proof of concept prototype for the Night Adverse Weather (NAW) Hawg. It never really got any backing for further development as I recall. It was not a typical "B" model for training, back seat was optimized for a WSO.
Ahh-found a link
