Killer Elite
First scene. Hit on the mexican guy. He's shooting the Ar and they flash back to him. He has no mag in it. How can they miss that?
You got a screen grab...?
I have it on my computer. I just watched the whole sequence again and never saw a missing magazine?
I will say that he (Deniro) seemed to shoot far more than 30 rounds without changing magazines. I didn't count, but my gut says he fired at least 50-60 rounds.
This flick wasn't great. They kill some SAS guys? Like that would really work so easily?

Ditto on both counts. The issue was not no mag, but he never changed mags, and it was not SureFire 60/100 either.
I swear i saw it twice , where he runs up to cover the other dude after he gets shot. Ill watch again later. <removed-BA>
Never was he missing a mag, besides, he had like 80 rounds in it anyway, no need to change it.

I bet it was the Surfire mags.

Surprised De Niro let that get by him. While training for Heat Michael Mann got him in to shooting 3 gun. Bobby used to legit know his way around a gun.

There is a Glock in that movie also. There were no Glocks at that time. The plot of the movie is kind of dopey and it's based on some book about a bullshit story of some assassination team killing SAS members.

Beretta 92F too. Though sometimes they had the proper early 92, it switched from scene to scene. The armorer was not paying attention, or is it hard to get functional period firearms in Hollywood?
Dave
It wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen, but I wouldn't watch it again.

I was completely disappointed. Weak movie.
