Fictional Real life account of an Iraqi soldier who is pressed into service of Uday Hussein, one of Saddam's 2 sons, because he bears a close resemblance to Uday. Saddam had 2 sons, Qusay & Uday. Qusay is the sort-of-normal responsible son, Uday is the psycho playboy/monster son.
Uday wants him to become his double for security reasons, but brings the double around with him for the kicks of having a double, and also because he's narcissistic and projects that love onto the double. Anyway, pretty good dramatization of Uday's crimes.
EDITED:
Oh crap, it's a true story. That poor bastard. Here's the double being interviewed:
He sounded a bit "hand wringingly apologetic" to me...
Out on the 2nd December over here...

PPV now.
Available at Blockbuster on Blu-Ray now.
I saw it over the weekend and I must admit that it was a much better fim than expected. The fella that played Uday played the role perfectly, I hated him 5 min into the movie because he gave me the creeps!
Actually..... it was pretty good!
I thought it was a very good movie. I had no idea whether it was accurate or not.
Uday, as portrayed by the actor was truly creepy as someone said above.
