 I need a new credit card

So, I need a new credit card.

I currently have the Dick's Sporting Goods Mastercard but so far this year I have had two fraudulent charges that have been a huge pain in the ass to fix.

I am a single 23 year old with good credit (never missed a payment on anything). This is the first credit card that I got when I was 19 or 20 so I don't really know what
else is out there.

I would like something that has a reputation for being secure with decent rewards. I don't fly or travel much so some type of cash back or store rewards is what I am
leaning towards. Cabelas? Bass Pro? Or would I be better off with a larger company like Chase?

If you buy much from Amazon they have a Chase Visa card that has excellent rewards. Triple points for Amazon purchases, double points for restaurants and gas, and normal points for everything else. Your points are added up every month and you can at any time use them toward any order on Amazon, or save them and redeem them for cash or gift cards at a bunch of different places.

Do you know what the point to reward bucks exchange is?

Each point is worth a penny. I had 3700 points total after my last statement and I can get $37 off my next Amazon order if I choose to use them. At 5000 points you can have them mail you a check for $50.

I'm not even in the market for a new card but I shop at amazon all the time, couple grand a year. I just applied and it said I'd get my card in 2 weeks.

Cabela's is giving $25 in points on approval right now. You get 2% back on Cabella's purchases and 1% back everywhere else. You also get member only deals. SS

Worlds Foremost Bank. It is owned by Cabela's. They issue a VISA card.SS

Capital One Venture card gives you 2% on very flexible travel options on EVERYTHING you buy. Annual Fee $60, but easily makes up for it IF you buy a lot.

That has been the best travel rewards card I could find.

Starwood card is highly recommended on sites as well...

Fidelity rewards AMEX or Visa/Mastercard. 2% rewards on every purchase. No annual fee.

How are the Discover rewards card?

I love my AmEx Blue Cash Preferred:

$100 Welcome Bonus: Earn a $100 cash back bonus with $500 in eligible purchases in the first 60 days.

Unlimited cash back, no annual cap - 6% at supermarkets, 3% at gas stations and department stores, and 1% on all other eligible purchases.

Since most of what I buy is gas & groceries this really works out for me.
