Trying to send a care package

One of my kids volunteering in Cameroon with the Peace Corps. Everything I send (movie DVDs, homemade cookies, etc) gets ripped off or raided for the nice items by the various shippers. I wondered if anyone knows someone stationed over there, I guess about the only place would be an embassy. I was hoping to be able to send via the more secure APO/FPO system. There are people from his organization coming and going all the time from the capitol to where my boy is teaching, so someone from his group could take things from the capitol when they come out to his village.

[ETA] I have another kid heading to Parris Island shortly, so apparently my genes aren't totally diluted.
