I agree. There are lot of confused people out there. Every now and then I have to explain it to some shooters at the range.

Since I'm here in South African and can't get my hands on that magazine. Would somebody please mind telling me what the difference is? Possible misinformed stupid shooter over here.

A good long read, very informative.
But the page needs some work, looks like some jibberish code in there.

Basically you can shoot .223 and 5.56 in a 5.56 chamber, 5.56 in a .223 chamber is not recommended.

+1 on this issue being a good one! SWAT is now my favorite tacticool magazine.
