50 to 200 bucks for gloves... granted if you have to grab a moving rope for long periods, i would understand.
My fav. duty gloves are the Damascus (Nexstar II MX-20 Duty Glove) for less then 20.. i have 5, one for each day, and i wash them once a week.... they have lasted me over six months.
they offer ok protection with what "I" do, yet offer a comfy and vented feel in 110 degree weather, hehehehe.
