Wonder if Lovie will be next to go in this housecleaning operation?

I think it will depend on what happens with the new offense. Lovie is a decent coach. Would you trade him for Jeff Fisher or someone like Gruden? I'm not sure a lot of the available coaches are a better fit. Maybe they can get cowher to come back to coaching.

The first thing they should do is go after Polian that was just fired in Indy. He would be able to help find a good fit for Cutler. I actually think he is a decent QB. Martz's intensely verbal offense was always a problem for Cutler.

A nice playmaker to go along with Forte wouldn't hurt either.

I dont really understand the house cleaning in Chicago. They were playing very well and would have beat Detroit out for the wild card seed if not for the Cutler and Forte injuries.

Angelo was fired for good cause. Take a look at the drafts since he's been GM, and the god awful performance at QB (both starting and 2nd stringers). I'm not sure if Martz quit or was fired, its unclear.

I thought Cutler was playing pretty damn good up until the injury. Recent drafts haven't been special, but I expect good things from Carimi. Im a GB fan, so I don't follow Chicago too closely. What happened to him?

Cutler and Martz never saw eye to eye when it came to the offense. Cutler never liked playing in it.... That was never a secret. Overcomplicated was a word used to describe it a lot. Cutler is more important right now.

i just cant stand how bad chicago drags there feet when free agents/coach's/GM's. they always seem to be the last team to make a move. not what you want to see when looking for a GM. when free agent's start after the season i want to see them jump on a few guys. and get our FA signed. on a side note, if there going to keep lovie i wonder if bill cower would make a good GM. LOL Ill try anything. being a bear fan living 20 min away from green bay i need something to get them fired up about.
