Heat beat Celtics & Bulls 4-1: Miami Is The Real Deal

So once we get passed the "the NBA sucks" comments and assorted stupidity of the like, I think that there's little question that the Heat are the real deal.
I'll be 1st to admit that the initial hype was overblown bullshit of the highest order. "The Decision" was classless. The self promotion was way over the top and very annoying, even to this Heat fan....but to advance passed a quality team like Boston, 1 game shy of a sweep is impressive by anyones measure.
I said from the start that I wouldn't bet on Miami winning any round of the playoffs, and I still feel that way, but they clearly are the real deal.
Boston came in to the playoffs as probably the number 2 overall team....and now they'll be watching the Finals and not playing in them. NIce to have a championship caliber team back in Miami!
Oh yeah, and suck it haters!

They won't be the real deal unless they win the Championship...several times.

I know it in my heart that the Heat will in at least on championship. I just really don't want them to win it this year. I want the "Big Three" taken down a peg or two first.

Lebron is still unwilling to admit he was part of Miami's collapse.
He is out of excuses. He came close in 07 with the CAVs. If he would of stayed with the CAVs and came up short, Cleveland would still love him.
As it is now, he took a shortcut and came up short. That jab that he took at all of his haters, was pretty much narcisstic. Basically, even though I lost, your life sucks and I live better than you.
He had a supporting cast. He had great coaches. He just did not perform.

I dont knock the guy for leaving Cleveland, he wants a championship and sees Miami as the place to do it and took a paycut to try and make it happen. And probably will eventually. However, until he and Wade learn that a TEAM wins a championship, they will be short everytime. They have to figure out when to take over and when to differ to each other. There mocking of Nowitzki and pre season show boating shows there lack of maturity which is why everyone was loving to see them lose and deserve too!
