iTunes/MP3 Track ID and ID3 Tagger Program?

I've got a modest collection of MP3s. Many of them are ID3 tagged correctly, but many more are not. Is there a program out there that will go through my iTunes library, correctly ID them, and fill out the ID3 tags, album artwork, etc?
I know that Apple has a service where you upload all of your music to them, and they'll do all that, but then you're locked into their DRM, and that's a no-go...

I remember using a program that did decently well a couple of years ago for my collection. I've formatted a couple of times since then, but I'll try and remember what the hell it was called. (Otherwise, this is a tag, as I have a ton more music that needs to be tagged)

Tag&Rename, its what I use to fix the tags on all my tunes. Its not automatic but once you set it up its a breeze to use.
