I've used the freeware version of Malwarebytes with great results to clean-up infections but how does the paid commercial version perform at detecting, preventing and blocking infection attempts in real-time?

Works great. It will block pages that are suspect, it updates regularly and is very effective at stopping problems before they begin.

I used to constantly have to clean my teenager's machine of viruses. I installed the paid Malwarebytes and it has kept his machine bug free for quite a while.

I have it on four machines and you don't even know it is there until it updates or saves your virtual butt...

i have the paid version of malware bytes.

the best feature i've seen with it is the website/ url blocking.

I've never been infected with malware by using a computer, so i can't comment on its effectiveness. I have used malwarebytes to assist in thousands of customers infections
