I just want to be able to use my steaming services again. ie. netflix, pandora and i heart radio.
Are you just trying to get around blocked sites at work or something?
If you want something fast and secure, you're going to have to pay for it.
I have a VPS from
http://www.hostirian.com/ that I use for SSH tunneling when I'm on an unsecure network on my laptop. It's definitely fast enough for streaming, but you're limited to about 100 GB per month of bandwidth. That may not be enough if you do a whole lot of streaming.

Most US based services like Netflix or Pandora radio are not available in Korea. I'm trying to be able to use them at home.
I was looking into purchasing a VPN for the same reason, then someone told me that the ISP can hook you up with one for like $10 extra a month. I haven't checked into it though, so I don't know if it's a VPN or something else. I have LG U+, and they didn't offer that service at sign up for what it's worth. If you find a solution post back please. It sucks not having access to that stuff. Hell, even some youtube videos are blocked.

Same here in Germany. A lot of shit is blocked for stupid reasons. I need to have a US IP to see them.
Meh.
