I'm a computer consultant on the side and one of my customers is in need of a new phone system. My first natural through is to run Asterisk and be done with it. My concern though is that if the server fails then the phones are all offline and I don't want that responsibility. So, I'm thinking hosted phone systems.
Anybody have any experience with hosted phone systems?
