MCP Fusion?

My wife was impressed with various photographer's work with MCP fusion but is hesitant to pay the $150 for it. Is there anything in photoshop that will get her similar results?

Try Action Central. Lots of free actions there, or at least there used to be. I always liked the Midnight Actions.
