I would have shot that picture from a lower angle so you are not looking down at baby. We spend most of our time looking at babies from above, so getting "down on their level" makes for a more interesting shot, IMHO.

I agree with the above. But on a positive note, I like the lighting, being soft and with a minimum of shadows, and the tone and your color choices.
