Need this shot assessed for a contest...

I'm considering submission of this picture I took in Key West to a vacation photo contest. Would like some real feedback. What you see other then size adjustment is straight out of a Nikon D80. No retouching or cropping. Does it stand a chance in an amateur category? Thanks!

Great looking shot. Only thing that I can think to change would be to get rid of the second bird, but that's just me.

Thank you all for the comments. The 2nd bird is more visible in the larger photograph and looks really good since it is banked the opposite way of the bird in the foreground. So you all can participate the contest is for Princess Cruises.
