What are your opinions on this lens? I picked one up very cheap and I an trying to decide if I want to keep it or sell it. I am a novice.
I have never tried that particualr lense but i do know this .....every time I purchased a cheaper version of something I wanted ....I was ALWAYS disappointed.

I bought the Sigma 8-16mm inexpensively. I didn't get something else. sorry for confusion
