Yeah its what came of the reboot. It takes place before the clan invasion. I love the music in the trailer wonder what song it is

On the video there's a lot of bitching about the "All Systems Online" vice "All Systems Nominal". Apparently it'll be correct in the game.

It will probably being during it. They have a daily "INN" (Innersphere News Network) update on their facebook for whatever that date is but set in 3049. I believe the clan forward units are hitting the periphery during that time (Phelan Kell is definately captured on The Rock in the Oberon Confederation by Vlad Ward some time in August of 3049).
The developers have already mentioned being excited about getting the Clans involved, so they're definately coming, if they're not included at release (summer?).

I missed the drop jets on the first watch through. But dam, that's 100 tons of death from above.
