Anybody still play Battlefield Bad Company 2? Part 2.

Since the last one got archived, I started playing it again since playing BF3. It is nice to play Hardcore again. It is way better than BF3's attempt. Comparing the two is silly but I like BC2's multiplayer gameplay. I do like the old maps and love the destructability. I just C4'd some buildings just to see them crumble.
I got "sniped" by a guy from his base on the big desert map (conquest). I took the quad up to his base, shot him, waited for him to respawn and shot him again. he killed me the next time and I went back to capping flags. The next map, he got me again... from his base. I made my way back there and knifed him. Waited for him again, and knifed him. Strapped some C4 on a tank and waited, blew it and it was him again. I checked the score midway through the match and he was gone. What a great first game back.

I prefer BF3. The weapons are ugly and sound awful in BC2, and there is no prone. That being said I do miss BFBC2 and I did like the game. I just prefer BF3.
Though BF3 does have less destruction, some of the buildings can collapse. I also liked how C4 was more useful (IMO) in BC2. Hardly anyone uses it in BF3 anymore.

I'll usually blow a tank with it.
Sometimes I'll lay down some C4 on a road and use it as an IED. That kind of sucks in the bigger maps because you have to wait for a vehicle to get close.

ETA: Maybe I'll throw BC2 in sometime, it was awesome

Last time I used C4 a lot was in BF2, attached to the front of my dune buggy so I could VBIED some tanks.

I played a little this week. If there was more people on to consistantly fill the servers, I think I would play it instead of BF3.

I still have the game for xbox 360, don't have BF3. I'd play it again if there were people I could play with that used headsets and teamwork.

I only successfully did that with an Mi-24 on Rush in BFBC2. Filled it up with C4, jumped out while it crashed into a building and blew it. Took down the building, objective, and a few guys to.
