He had a bad fall w/ a buddy of his during football practice and got two fractures on the bottom tip of his fibula. Doc said 6-8 weeks down for sure. Splinted it today, soon a cast. He's a sophomore right now so still young. He can't put any weight on it so squats 'n deadlifts are out, benches /w feet flat on the floor are out too.
Reckon dips 'n chins will be ok, any advice or accommodating tweaks?

Upperbody:
HEAVY floor press
JM press
Seated Mil press
Pullups
toes-2-bars
Chest supported rows
Lower body:
supermans
modified GHR&back raises depending on where the ankle is casted
Thats what I did during my off time for knee surgeries...
