Need help with a team name. The wife and I are going to sign up for the 5K obstacle course in May at Disneys animal kingdom. We are going to enter as a team and need a team name. My pick is Team Awesome. Her picks are The Action Jacksons, or Are We There Yeti's (Disney theme). Any other suggestions?

Not sure what the first one means. The wife quickly shot down the second

okay, finally got back to this. The wife won out with the "are we there yeti's". I was bribed... oh well. I'm starting the "couch to 5k" Any one tried it, any tips and/or advice is greatly appreciated.

Did it last year and it does work. I found using a podcast on my mp3 player helped me. It gives cues for the different intervals. It was a lot more easy than I thought it would have been. Am I a fast runner now, no, but I can run 3 miles.

Great job on taking on the challenge.

I did the couch to 5K also and it worked. I ran three last year and placed third in my age group in one of them. I am actually going to use it as a tool to help me build back up from a bout of shin splints. Report back on how the race goes, I want to get my family into it next year.
